Meet Ali Darwish, the visionary founder of Al Hamra Street Catering. Growing up as the only boy among his sisters, Ali was surrounded by the love and warmth of a family deeply rooted in the culinary arts. Inspired by the heartfelt dishes crafted by his grandmother, Ali developed a passion for cooking from an early age.
Dissatisfied with the lack of heart and soul he observed in the catering industry, Ali sought to redefine the culinary experience. Drawing from his experience as a sous-chef in Italy, where he learned from the finest Italian chefs, Ali embarked on a mission to bring authentic and heartfelt cuisine to the forefront.
